Description

Wild Bill’s Tobacco is not only the largest tobacco retailer in Michigan and the second largest in the United States, offering a comprehensive range of tobacco products and accessories. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and are on the lookout for a dynamic eCRM to join our marketing team to further enhance our customer relationships through innovative digital marketing strategies. 

We are seeking an experienced eCRM who will be instrumental in developing and managing our electronic customer relationship management (eCRM) strategies. The ideal candidate will be pro?cient in utilizing platforms such as HubSpot and EZ Texting to drive engagement and retention. This role is crucial in optimizing our CRM activities and ensuring effective communication ?ows with our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement eCRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Manage daily operations on HubSpot and EZ Texting platforms, including campaign setup, segmentation, implementation, and reporting.
  • Analyze customer data to deliver personalized marketing campaigns and improve customer insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align CRM strategies with overall marketing goals and optimize user experience.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of eCRM campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in CRM technologies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in eCRM or digital marketing management, preferably in a retail or similar consumer-focused industry.
  •  Strong proficiency in HubSpot and EZ Texting, with a solid understanding of their functionalities and best practices.
  •  Excellent analytical skills and experience with CRM analytics and reporting.
  •  Ability to translate complex data into actionable plans.
  •  Strong communication and project management skills.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
